1. Very empathetic accommodating leadership. 2. Great interview. 3. HR team is very on point and helps at every point of the way. I had questions months down the line and they were accommodating and helpful always. 4. Leadership is very fair and gives thorough expectations. The company is finally cracking down on employees that are not putting in effective hours and not being productive. Management is very lenient and accommodating as long as your work is getting done. The culture speaks for itself and it is a very helpful environment.

Communication could be a little better.
