Pros

There are amazing people who work at Truveris and contribute to an excellent company culture. Everyday there are opportunities to learn and grow whether it is about the pharmacy industry itself or expanding your own individual skillset. The total compensation and benefits packages are also amazing.

Cons

Not necessarily a pro, but it is a start-up where you will wear a lot of hats and work on multiple projects at a time. If that is something that you are comfortable with, you will thrive here.

Pros

Some employees are knowledgeable and hardworking.

Cons

Incompetent leadership team with extremely poor values. Management lacks integrity and knowledge in the space. Their value prop is filled with untruths and they provide false information about the industry and competition.
