Truveris' role in the healthcare industry is highly valued, especially now employers of all kinds are really trying to strategize ways to reduce pharmacy benefit spend (and making sure drugs are being priced/discounted the way they should be). That is Truveris' niche and ultimate strength, and being a part of that mission is really fulfilling.

Cons

For any tech/high growth company, bumps are expected along the way. At times, those bumps aren't fully communicated to employees and how the company expects/plans to overcome them.
