Pros

Great people, fun culture. Company has started to change from "start-up" to "small company" feel. New CEO is focusing the company on a smaller number of core services so more resources are being spent on improving what we have vs. building completely unrelated new things.

Cons

My dream of becoming a tech bazillionaire has shrunk now that the company has a leadership team focused on making sure staff understand what the true potential of the company is. While the growth potential is impressive, I can no longer dream of sending my personal car up into space any time soon.

excellent benefits, large revenue growth, first mover advantage, lots of open positions, company has a full-time person to support career development and skills development. do not see that from small company.

Cons

Office is feeling cramped as more people join.
