Pros

- Smart, friendly coworkers - Unlimited PTO - Flexible about remote work

Cons

- ZERO job security, Truveris has very high turnover, people quit or are fired without warning on a near weekly basis - The entire business model is dependent on essentially blackmailing PBMs. The products are also outdated, and most clients do not use Truveris again. - No sense of direction and constant leadership changes (3 CEOs in last 4 years or something like that) - Claims of growth are not backed up - have to play politics to move up the ladder

We’re glad that you found your Truveris coworkers to be intelligent and welcoming. We’re also pleased to hear that our remote-first structure afforded you a comfortable work-life balance. Truveris is deeply committed to both our team culture and our mission to help make medications more affordable and accessible to everyone. We remain a transparent and open organization with many dedicated opportunities to provide feedback and share results. Respectfully, many of your statements are factually incorrect. We have a leadership team that has been together at Truveris, as well as at other organizations, for many years. As a client-centered organization, we’re proud that the overwhelming majority of our clients choose to partner with us year after year. We invest continually in our business, especially as it relates to our people, products, and technologies. As a result, we benefit from low turnover (single digits) and consistent enhancements to our solutions and technology. All of these factors enable us to focus on delivering value for our clients and deepening our relationships to drive growth.

Pros

First hand experience seeing how a company adjusts with a constant churn of staff. Mid level managers and HR do a great job at bringing in great entry level staff and providing them with challenging jobs.

Cons

This company has been in business for a decade and still hasn't turned a profit. Truveris has just announced their 5th CEO in as many years. Each CEO oversaw a significant change in top leadership. Each time, seasoned employees left due to incompatibility with the new leaders. I doubt there are more than five people there who have been with the company more than five years. Result? Truveris is staffed by people who don't have deep understanding of the marketplace, or the Truveris capabilities. Client relationships continue to erode as sales, account management and executives are constantly being replaced. The original tools sold were rickety prototypes that now have a decade of band-aids built on top of them. New leadership continues to think they can force PBMs to do things they don't want to do; and then Truveris loses their clients when they see how little influence Truveris really has.

Thank you for offering your time to write a review of your experience at Truveris. We’re disappointed to hear that you do not have a favorable perspective on the company. Truveris has consistently invested in our business and team at all levels to support our growth. We’ve grown our staff by 14% year to date, infusing the company with incredible talent from leading healthcare, tech, and analytics companies. Our priority has always been, and will continue to be, to build innovative solutions that deliver unparalleled value to our clients. We deliver this promise to hundreds of organizations and are committed to continuing to make prescription drugs accessible for patients in the American healthcare system. This is reflected throughout the organization in the quality of our solutions, values, objectives, and mission.

Pros

Very strong but completely overwhelmed HR team Some strong sales teams

Cons

Easier to list all of it: -CEO & CFO have their heads in the sand, zero touch with reality and feasibility of the products -CTO is nonexistent as in comes in once a quarter at most. Same for Product leadership -Leadership are mainly remote employees which they use as an excuse to not be present in the office ever -Engineering teams are 90% consultants, based outside of the country -Culture has gone down the drain -There is zero institutional knowledge left in the engineering department -Sales is selling products that cannot be delivered
