Great working place with life and balance

Pros

Since I joined and compared to where I worked before, I think Truveta has a good diversified culture. A lot of room to grow, and great teamwork. The vision is meaningful, so keep myself motivated and productive.

Cons

The benefits and perks could not match with other tech companies yet, so it is understandable that Truveta is still in startup mode.

Pros

Impact in healthcare. Good coworkers exist, but they're not happy.

Cons

CTO seems good but some of his direct reports drive away good talent. Bad attitudes and nasty politics from 3-4 leaders makes everyone lives worse. Product has been a complete mess since I got here. Engineering overrides Product plans every milestone (6-month planning increment). This leads to so much confusion and missed deadlines.
