Culture - Cut-thoat, Ex-Microsoft vs everyone else Company is tight-fisted on spend everywhere except headcount and over-hires using "we are a startup" as an excuse (this is why there is no 401K match despite 250+ employees) Very poor communication from management with reports Leadership attempts to run company as a B2C late stage enterprise software company & doesn't understand the market or have startup experience

Company split into 2 cults: exMicrosoft and everyone else. Heard awful things about some teams: extreme micromanagement culture and managers being hypocrites. Unless you are always lucky rolling the dice, stay away and save your mental wellbeing.
