Pros
Really good ideas about healthcare Remote work, but only for some people Unlimited PTO, but that can be a scam if you can't actually log off
Cons
Ideas lack execution. Lots of corporate climbing and confusion. Really strange robotic culture. People say yes to leadership before they've even finished asking a question. The company's been around for a while now and there's definitely an in group from former Microsoft people and everyone else. Expectations are constantly changing and they will cannibalize your work to try to make one of their friends look better. HR tries to be personable but tends to call people by the wrong names. You can't really be proud of diversity if everyone who isn't white looks the same to you.
