Pros

Tryfacta has grown big with 40+ US State and Local Government contracts just during Covid-19 times. This is an amazing company to work with and has a very experienced management team. I have learned a lot from seniors in this company and I hope to add a lot more value in the coming future.

Cons

Can't think of any Cons here. Management is very blunt and on your face.

Pros

Yes it is a demanding company but it is a great place to learn a multitude of things. You have to be agile and wear many hats, so it may not be the perfect place for all, But if you have the agility and the drive its a great place to be.

Cons

Sometimes management has high expectations but that is a good thing as it motivates you.
