Pros
Excellent doctors- wonderful to work with and value their staff Great management- easy to work with and listen to concerns Good work life balance- no weekends, off on Holidays Annual evals and raises
Cons
Difficulty retaining float nurses which leads to lack of doctor coverage when staff is out for PTO days. Staff reduced during COVID and did not hire new staff when clinic demands increased when doors opened back up to sick visits= patient messages and calls not well managed, but working to increase call center staff to address these demands.
