Below average pay. Operations and production management is clueless on manufacturing. If you offer ideas to help improve process you’re acknowledged but no action is taken. Some in the management team are clueless. Advancement is only awarded to those “in the click’

Pros

Decent pay, Nice coworkers, Everyone around is friendly

Cons

Corporate constantly trying to screw with you. HR never assists when there is a problem, Which they cause a lot of. A lot of crap policies to make you over worked such as mandatory OKRs which have to be done well and on time to make a super gracious 2% raise. All that overhead busy work to use your "unlimited PTO" as long as your not busy.
