Pros

Opportunity to learn quickly and helping the community. Some very good people.

Cons

Gossip filled, some lazy workers who never get called out, low pay, and morale blows. Older ones don't care anymore, and younger ones think they know it all. Very clicky and can be depressing to be around. Working harder to pick up slack of others.
