      Fat cats get fatter - not a good place to work, greed and back stabbing are constantly on the menu.

      Pros

      Company is making lots of money despite the toxic environment at the top. This is fine until another housing down turn occurs. By then the last of the good employees will be gone.

      Cons

      It literally is the “Fat Cat” getting fatter. No training, no teamwork, sales comp plans changed, only the guys at the top are doing well while the busy bees fight amongst themselves to survive.

      Pros

      Worked with some good co workers, had free coffee. Had toilet paper in the bath room. Free pizza during training.

      Cons

      No support whatsoever. Impossible to get an answer from management. Trained for two days and sent out to run a store alone. Long hours.

All sales employees are provided one week of training at our National Support Center in Denver - with follow-up coaching and mentorship from the local General Manager and Regional Sales Manager. We're sorry this opportunity didn't work out for you - and encourage all of our sales employees to reach out to their managers or HR if they aren't getting enough support.

      Very well designed; very attractive; robust; spacious; affordable

      Cons

      Some pre-fab work not very good quality - adds unnecessarily to assembly time. Looks like pre-fab workers don't have the same quality commitment as field personnel.
