      Thank you for your comments. Any feedback provided is helpful in making our organization stronger. Work load can be quite high in our busy season. Although we strive to create a balanced work load, in order to accomplish this, we ask employees to reach out to their immediate supervisor or store management with details and specific examples so that they can be addressed appropriately and timely.
