      Pros

      Great GM, fun workplace, best job I have had so far.

      Cons

      Minimum commission is not good, especially during winter months. Overall pay is good.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. That's about all the pros I can say now! There used to be some positives for working at Tuff Shed, but they are all gone, and no indication they will ever improve again.

      Cons

      Too many to list! The atmosphere is unbearable. The aggravation that comes from the incessant micromanagement wouldn't be worth putting up with for an NFL superstars salary!

      Constructive employee feedback is important to Tuff Shed, however we believe that this review is fraudulent. The current GM at our Los Angeles location has been in post since 2012.

      Honestly a Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Good work, good benefits, good people to work with. Management is always around and you can talk to them. Location of the office is perfect for me. Pretty close to light rail station. There are showers in the building for after workout or walk.

      Cons

      No assigned parking spaces - would like same spot everyday Wish gym was in the building Don't like the restaurant in the building Get rid of smoker paradise area and turn that area into a reader or hangout space. Better bike storage.
