      Great Product. Over Whelmed Leadership

      Pros

      Set your own schedule. Good coworkers. Benefits, 401K and expenses covered. Tuff Shed builds a great product.

      Cons

      Poor communication within company, maverick mentality. Lack of opportunities. Hires contractors who do not respect the company and do sub standard work causing more work on the back end. This angers customers and creates a negative image of the company.

      They do pay about $550 a week when slow

      Cons

      Hostile work environment your job is to make someone else money not yourself. Can't believe what they tell you.

      Pros

      There are perks with tuff shed such as decent pay, full benefits and modern trucks and equipment.

      Cons

      As well as there are not so good things with management speaking AT you with negative attitudes and sarcasm. Not getting you the things you need todo your job safely and legally in a timely manner.
