Pros

I work at the Corporate Office and have for the past 5 years. I like my job a lot. And I like the people I work with. I also like the people in the field that I work with every day. People seem to really care and enjoy their work and I like being in that type of environment. Something different to do everyday. I like the upper management team - they are very friendly. I like my supervisor. Our new HR Director is fabulous.

Cons

I think I can handle more - but my supervisor is not 100% sure I can do it. More training - maybe we could do some group classes to stay current on things like Excel. Maybe some of the experts in the office could teach it? That wouldn't be a waste of time at all.

Pros

Tuff Shed views all of its new hires as employees-for-life. Few other companies have that view of their employees. They are a stable company that has been in existence for over 25 years.

Cons

They do not support paying for even part of an employee's continuing education. This is because the company founder does not have a college degree. Few opportunities for advancement unless you are in the construction side of the business.
