Tuff Shed is in a high growth phase and is #1 in its field in the U.S. Nice product. Good people. Privately owned.

Cons

Only 6 paid holidays. No education / training reimbursements. No formal performance reviews or employee development programs.

Additionally, there are programs in place to develop and grow our employees.
