No DEI, terrible leadership, do not care for employees

They care more about the "optics" of things rather than backing someone who is legally and morally in the right. Much of the senior "leadership" is only out for themselves and have racist and political agendas. The university is expected to be liberal, but to tank someone's career who was an exemplary performer with not only no evidence to support the claims made, but evidence to refute them because they were threatened with being sued is repulsive. The senior people in the police department care way more about themselves than those they are suppossed to lead. They make ridiculous decisions that do not support the officers, and they make sure they have the best equipment while those working are in vehicles that are not legal to drive. They have training standards that are dangerous and they do not care at all about getting better. Senior officers are old retired NOPD cronies still stuck in their old school corrupt NOPD ways,
