      Watch out for Tulane student affairs!

      Pros

      It is honestly really difficult to think of a positive part of my experience working at Tulane. I will say that I greatly enjoyed working with some of the students.

      Cons

      Housing and Residence Life at Tulane is truly horrible. The leadership is corrupt, rude, unprofessional and petty. They have no concept of work-life balance and do not know how to show appreciation for their employees. There is a lot of gossip and drama in the office, and they never seem to have their policies under control. I would not recommend a job with Tulane HRL to anyone. Student affairs as a whole at Tulane isn't much better. There is a lot of political drama between departments and people are not overly welcoming.

      Caring colleagues, wonderful students, beautiful campus

      Cons

      Upper administration brought in a consulting group which expects increased services without an increase in resources or staffing. Morale is low.
