      Pros

      Send your kids to college child care you are a yes man you lack the ability to find a job anywhere else

      Cons

      compensation is lacking do not recognize talent slackers get promoted recognized leaders get "reorganized" due to personal issues with CTO watch out for the knives, your likely to get stabbed in the back

      Pros

      -vacation leave -tuition support so Louisiana families can actually afford to send their children here

      Cons

      This is the worst job I have held. Pay is kept very low, there is poor technological and physical infrastructure, and there is no room for growth (but that is by design). The culture here is one of, well, cruelty. If you’re in a pinch you can apply and may get lucky with the department. But I cannot in good faith recommend Tulane.
