Pros

You could look for a good small working environment here at Tulane University. Because of the atmosphere here at New Orleans, people here are very nice and warm-welcoming new people.

Cons

The minimum pay is low than probably most of the cities for same level of job. So this could take into account for considering joining here. But really depends on your offer.
