professors invested in students lives, department helps find students funding through RA, TA, or fellowship opportunities, required to take medical school equivalent Anatomy course--one of the only ones in the country with a cadaver lab
Cons
Male-female faculty does not represent field (only 2 female faculty, neither have tenure), Research expectations depend on lab/advisor, some classes required for graduate students are entry level engineering classes
