      Great research environment Undergraduates are engaged and professional Private university environment creates more stability Great city to be in Friendly staff and co-workers Gorgeous campus Relatively cheap housing prices

      Graduate students can be hit or miss Anytime you have to deal with the administration (e.g., Workforce Management) things take forever. Processes and forms are very unclear. The only way to figure out how to get things done is to befriend administrative staff who know how things work. When a higher up administrative official doesn't like your department, it makes things difficult
