      Pros

      Laidback, largely independent work, flexible schedule, and self-managed time.

      Cons

      Low pay. Strict class-load restrictions for adjuncts. Adjuncts are after-thoughts despite their value to take on the teaching on behalf of full-time faculty who have their own pressures.

      Pros

      Strong compensation, excellent co workers. Clear objectives to achieve each month. I enjoyed it and it was fun.

      Cons

      Management was incapable, rules were entirely arbitrary. Many existed for no reason other than their existence. I emphasize that management is entirely incapable.

      The work was extremely easy and straight forward. I enjoyed the people I worked with. Felt more connected to school

      Cons

      Managers were sometimes inflexible with hours which was ridiculous considering almost all employees are students and classes are our number one priority, not a minimum wage job. Unaviodable 2am - 4am shifts on week nights
