Pros
Tulane offers a lot of opportunities for students to work on campus, whether you have work study or not. If you're lucky, you can even get a job in your field doing research or working with a professor. There are job opportunities everywhere, from the recreational center to the library, that pay decent wages. Some even offer opportunities for advancement, which can be pretty rare for a student job.
Cons
If you're a science major, there will be a lot of opportunities for you to work with professors. If you are anything other than a science major, it will be much harder to find a similar opportunity. They exist, there are just less of them.
