      Pros

      The benefits are good and the pay is decent. You have access to a lot of the campus activities that are going on.

      Cons

      Departments come and go and restructuring seems to happen a lot. There are not a lot of ways to move up. Often expected to work long hours.

      it was an extremely relaxed environment where you were able to balance the ability to study and perform your work obligations

      Cons

      not enough interaction with supervisor so if you had any problems it was necessary to consult a fellow employee or contact a supervisor through email
