Pros

Good Pay ($4,500 stipend + housing) Easy Hours (usually 10-4 Mon-Wed and taper down to 10-1 on Th,Fri) Hands-On Experience

Cons

Didn't really learn all that much. Instead we just learned how to do a process. Also, our professor was nowhere to be found. Instead we worked just with a few graduate students the entire time.

Pros

I really liked my co-workers and the air of congeniality. I felt that I recieved the most support from co-workers that were in similar positions, but not as much from senior level staff. Work-life balance is fantastic though!

Cons

There are very limited opportunities for upward mobility within the organization which leaves many employees frustrated and dissatisfied. Salaries are also pretty abyssmal compared to the workload and are non-negotiable.
