Pros
The staff, never met a crew like it. Lovely people, made some life long friends.
Cons
Directors and above do not give a hoot about the staff below them. Since the announcement of redundancy they've completely ignored the site and its staff who have worked hard up until the end. The staff have genuinely been amazing considering the circumstances, some people even stayed when they knew that they weren't getting any redundancy money at the end. Only to be pushed out in the last week because there isn't enough work. Thanks for your help now do one. Shocking treatment of them, all to save a few quid.
