Pros

I have been working with Turing for the past year now in the capacity of Deep Learning/MLOPs Engineer. What I like the most about my job is the flexibility to work from any location in the world and being able to work while traveling. Also, I avoid the daily commute to work, being physically present to perform my everyday duties without neglecting any task. I’d highly recommend Turing if you want to get a good life-work balance.

Cons

Lacks day-off and other benefits such as health insurance which would make Turing an ideal place to work.

Cons

extremely toxic. Upper management seems to only be in it for themselves and will do anything to squash anyone whose ideas differ from theirs.
