Pros

Work-life balance: No need to waste time on commuting. I can work from the comfort of my home and choose my own working hours. Isn’t that great? I am part of really supportive teammates and my manager is also helpful and understanding. Turing offers great growth opportunities.

Cons

I work as a strategic sourcing specialist at Turing.com. My job is to hire the best talent across the world through various platforms such as Linkedin Lite. I haven’t faced any issues so far.

Pros

-100% Remote, I mean I’ve worked from vacation spots and no one bats an eye! -I love the work-life balance (Trust me, I don’t even get a single call outside of my working hours) -I love working with people from around the world and getting a taste of varying cultures.

Cons

Nothing as of now. I’ll update here if I feel the need.
