Pros

I got opportunity to work with a great team from US I worked on building a product from scratch with the current Turing client. I am proud that I helped build something right from the start to the finish. From when it was still concept on paper to when it was funded millions of dollar. I receive a stable and good income which would not be possible for me if it was a non-remote job. In my country, usually jobs will be remote but low income. But most high income jobs will be non remote jobs. But with Turing jobs all these problems are solved. I can be someone with high income job who still works remotely.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind

Pros

I’m from Pakistan and have been working as a full stack developer and solution architect. I also have more than 10 years of experience in iOS application and web development. Working with Turing as a remote developer has been quite fantastic for me. I found the onboarding process really smooth. Whenever I faced any problem, the help was just a phone call away. My experience with my jobs coordinator was really nice. From getting hired by top clients to helping me at all levels he guided me nicely. What I have noticed is that Turing hires developers who have a healthy work ethic and growth mindset. So, anybody who's interested in applying for Turing jobs, do polish these skills. Thanks to Turing, I now have a great work-life balance and the independence to enjoy life as one should!

Cons

Nothing really, you get the best of both worlds.
