Good pay and flexible timings

Pros

- Excellent pay as compared to the local companies - Flexible timings. I can join late or early as per my own timetable. - Chances of quick promotion if you perform good. I got promoted to Pod Lead and then Team Lead within a span of 1.5 years.

Cons

- No benefits - Not an employee so no paid holidays. If you work for 8 hours, you will get paid for 8 hours. If you work for 4 hours, you will get paid for 4 hours, whatever the reason.

Pros

They rely on the remote, and the leaders are very kind

Cons

Due to the nature of the market, the requirements often lack definition, leading to some rework on the tech team. In my perception, this is the reason why, until this moment, there has not been an idea that we build a product, making it seem just a bunch of features w/o a precise flow
