Pros

- Pays several times better than local companies - Your account executive and the whole Turing team always have your back. Their entire community is built around growing a developer in all aspects.

Cons

- The client matching process is relatively slow, and not transparent. Although, I would not consider that too horrible a con, considering how great the clients they match you with are.

Pros

Have a lot of companies that have open positions

Cons

If you land in a bad company, they will use you and kick you out with 1 or 2 days of notice, meaning that you will receive no income and will be in a bad spot My advice is use another company for finding contracts in the US that will treat you better, IT talent is hard to get and nobody should be treated like that
