      - Being surrounded by veteran DS and ML experts and learning a lot from them. - Gaining practical and valuable knowledge and experience - Lots of support from co-workers

      Cons

      - Lack of streamlining in the development process within the DS team - The company can end your contract at a moment's notice. - Lack of computation resource available to employees

      Pros

      It was a good company to work for till they laid off half of their strength in just one zoom call, all of a sudden even after being funded in millions

      Cons

      Provide prior information before laying off, don't make fake promises that company is doing well we can get through it and then lay off employees in a sudden zoom call.
