Pros

Turing allows you to work remotely. No need to go to the office. Saves a lot of time, in my case, 2.5 hours a day. Employee-friendly environment. All the fellow employees respect your chosen working hours and will never disturb you outside those hours. Allows personal growth. I have been able to improve my technical skills and business sense with Turing.

Cons

Nothing at all! So far it has been an ideal workspace for me.

Pros

Well, my overall Turing review is that the company is great! My work is to collaborate with top Turing developers globally and to help them visualize their career progression. I come from a major city in India, and commuting on a regular basis is a big problem here. Therefore, I was always looking for remote work. Turing is the best remote workplace I’ve worked with so far. I tried working remotely earlier as well on some freelancing projects, but Turing beats them all. We are a global team at Turing and all the members are exceptionally talented here. The culture is very open and it's almost like a family. The CEO cares about their employees like family members and interacts with them with all of their heart. This motivates me to work hard and sincerely like the other members of the organization.

Pros

It was a very quick process. I saw the job posting online via Naukri then gave the required Test. Within a week was notified that I have cleared the test, and my interview was scheduled. There were a total of three discussions, all were completed within a week, since it's a remote Job so the interview process was through video conferencing, but booking an interview and appearing for it was in a properly structured manner, and feedback was shared just after finishing the call. Overall it was a great experience.

Cons

It's a start-up, and still in the growing phase so self-motivation is needed to be adapted to the culture.
