Pros

Dream to earn more. But that is just in dream and in their ads.

Cons

They will kill your time. Finally when they will propose to you for a job, then they will make some false accusations. I passed 8-10 turning tests and passed the coding challenge. They have a boring so-called AI-based system to filter your profile on their system. Then they fixed a salary for me. Then I gave interview with some of their interviewer. After that they are saying I made some malpractices like I have multiple account or I use any external sources during the coding challenge. I don't have any other account on Turing.com. I passed the coding challenge more than 6 months ago. If I did any malpractices then, why you moved me forward for 2 or 3 steps more. Why you are making these false allegations after 6 months and why did you move me forward for 2 or 3 steps more. I asked them to specify what is the actual reason. But they and their system don't say specifically. They just copy-paste the same text

Loving my experience at Turing so far

Pros

I help execute Turing's developer marketing strategy (advertising, events, public relations, etc.) for all regions outside of LATAM. It has been more than 6 months working here at Turing and I love having the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals around the world while having the flexibility to spend time with my family and set my schedule. You have to make many compromises in a non-remote setting like long commutes to work, traffic, having to leave your family, etc. I’m glad that Turing provides me with the work/life balance that I need.

Cons

Would love to meet up with members of my team in-person more frequently
