Pros

Extremely good salary, depends on how you negotiate (very good for people from 3rd world countries where salaries are not good)

Cons

Experience depends on your manager, in my case its excellent but have heard some bad cases. Sometimes overtime work. Project not good enough for growth.

Pros

Self-server apply for jobs using the platform, not micro-managing, as long as the team lead is good with your performance you don't receive micro-managing.

Cons

They terminate the contracts in two weeks and they don't care about you, they don't try to relocate in another project.
