Pros

There is nothing to do but attend meetings. Some days there will be nothing to do.

Cons

Nothing is merit based. People were let go in the mass lay offs (all 3 lay offs within 6 months) that were amazing, yet others who are poor team players or weren't even top performers were laid off. Pay raises (if any) seemed to make no sense and were so small they were insulting. No one can hit quota so having an OTE is a lie.

Pros

Compensation on high levels Nothing else

Cons

Disorganized (never reveived OKRs before the mid of quarter) No team spirit (need at least some area calls from time to time that didn’t exist) Bad behavior (they will offer you a great condition to quite your job, but might fire you just few months later due to their bad planning)
