Pros

Turing offers better compensation than any local company would provide for a similar job. I can work from the comfort of my home. I also enjoy the liberty to choose my working hours. The team here is very empathetic and easy to work with. Working with Turing will remove all your doubts about remote work. It’s super fun and exciting.

Cons

I've not experienced anything negative.

Pros

Pros: Flexible working hours, choose your own work schedule and maintain the work life balance easily. No need to get up early in the morning and get ready to go to work everyday. Liberal leave policy, yet I haven’t seen anyone misusing it! I can work from my hometown or from anywhere in the world as this job is 100% remote.

Cons

I did not find any such cons.
