Pros

Well, my overall Turing review is that the company is great! My work is to collaborate with top Turing developers globally and to help them visualize their career progression. I come from a major city in India, and commuting on a regular basis is a big problem here. Therefore, I was always looking for remote work. Turing is the best remote workplace I’ve worked with so far. I tried working remotely earlier as well on some freelancing projects, but Turing beats them all. We are a global team at Turing and all the members are exceptionally talented here. The culture is very open and it's almost like a family. The CEO cares about their employees like family members and interacts with them with all of their heart. This motivates me to work hard and sincerely like the other members of the organization.

Pros

I would like to share my Turing review as a remote employee to give you some real insight into the remote working experience. I’m from Croatia and I’m part of the Turing Pre-sales team. My work includes connecting developers with jobs through onboarding and matching. This is my experience working as a remote employee: Pros: People working at Turing are great They are dedicated, fun, and very helpful I have space for myself I enjoy working in flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere Turing is an inclusive community, taking care of individuals in this challenging time, focused on the result, but with a lot of fun Celebrating and appreciating the team as the whole Some added benefits - No need to drive to work, savings in time, and eco and sustainable advantage

Cons

Still haven't found a big one, it is fast-paced, but the team and the management are supportive and open to discussion
