Pros

Good pay, remote work (for now).

Cons

- Terrible leadership, especially the CEO - Awful culture. - Working nights, weekends, holidays and on PTO is how you get promoted. - Micro-managing from the top - Complete lack of strategic direction - layoffs and reorgs every 6 months

Pros

They rely on the remote, and the leaders are very kind

Cons

Due to the nature of the market, the requirements often lack definition, leading to some rework on the tech team. In my perception, this is the reason why, until this moment, there has not been an idea that we build a product, making it seem just a bunch of features w/o a precise flow
