Pros

I would like to share my Turing review as a remote employee to give you some real insight into the remote working experience. I’m from Croatia and I’m part of the Turing Pre-sales team. My work includes connecting developers with jobs through onboarding and matching. This is my experience working as a remote employee: Pros: People working at Turing are great They are dedicated, fun, and very helpful I have space for myself I enjoy working in flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere Turing is an inclusive community, taking care of individuals in this challenging time, focused on the result, but with a lot of fun Celebrating and appreciating the team as the whole Some added benefits - No need to drive to work, savings in time, and eco and sustainable advantage

Cons

Still haven't found a big one, it is fast-paced, but the team and the management are supportive and open to discussion
