Pros

Remote opportunity and decent pay that’s the only pros.

Cons

The level of micromanagement here is honestly exhausting. Proper training is almost nonexistent, most of the time you’re expected to figure things out on your own or depend on colleagues for help. What’s worse is the pressure starts from day one itself. If you don’t immediately start performing, they quickly label you as underperforming and may even put you on a PIP. The targets are unrealistic from the beginning, and it genuinely feels impossible for a normal person to consistently meet them. Once someone is put on PIP, the expectations become even more unreasonable, almost like it’s designed for you to fail. Eventually, they use performance issues as the reason to let people go. Overall, the work culture is extremely stressful and unhealthy. If you care about career growth, learning in a supportive environment, or having any work-life balance, I’d seriously suggest exploring other options. Unless you’re okay working 14–15 hours every single day under constant pressure, this may not be the right place.
