Cutting too much for themself

Business Outlook

Pros

1- Good job opportunities 2- Good attitude towards the developers

Cons

They are cutting a ton of money for themself. The money you get, they get much more than that. For example, if a developer is getting $3000 a month, the turning will charge the US company $7000 and give $3000 to the developer and cut $4000 for themself.

Pros

The CEO is quite chill.

Cons

Turing operates on a well-known model that is quite successful, for other companies. Still, the cofounder sees no reason to change the direction and make the company talent-centric.

Pros

Compensation on high levels Nothing else

Cons

Disorganized (never reveived OKRs before the mid of quarter) No team spirit (need at least some area calls from time to time that didn’t exist) Bad behavior (they will offer you a great condition to quite your job, but might fire you just few months later due to their bad planning)
