      With Turing, I got matched with a hiring company very quickly The entire matching process went very smoothly and Turing delivered on their promises Turing made my life as a software developer much easier and took care of my needs (from a managing point of view) They give you the freedom to do what you really love, which is develop things

      Flexible work timing, good number of holidays. Remote work.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. Be prepared if you want to join this company, you could be next in line to get laid off. Head's up, the company politics is insane. If you're good at politics, this place is for you.
