Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Turing for 3 years, and it’s been an incredible experience. The company consistently offers challenging projects that not only push your skills to the next level but also give you the opportunity to work on impactful, real-world solutions among some really smart people!

Cons

Startups come with their share of uncertainties, but that’s also what makes the work so dynamic and fulfilling. There is a constant need to be flexible and realign priorities..

Cons

- Psychologically difficult to manage - Less paid than you deserve - Not leading you to improve yourself - Not a real development environment - Data preparation for AIs, which is non-tech for a developer
