      Pros

      -President is a realist and truly listens to what employees say. -Wage; starts above industry average and 401k contribution match -Benefits; decent options to choose from including medical, dental, vision, and disability -Interesting work and technology

      Cons

      -Travel time; if you're applying for anything but an office position, expect to be traveling (most likely out of state) for at LEAST 3 days a week -Salary position translates to substantial overtime -Too few technicians equates to working quite a few emergency-maintenance situations

      Pros

      They have nice equipment and are pretty good about maintaining the equipment!

      Cons

      Working here is exactly what you expect. They work you like a dog and treat you like less. They like to try and manipulate the employees to switch back and forth between hourly work and salary when it benefits them to do so. They have many turnovers and that burdens the other employees to pick up slack for others.

      When another employee have issues at home They bring they issues to work.
