Fantastic health insurance, car care is amazing, excellent but cheap child care.
Cons
They will pull the bait and switch on you. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door but then aren't true to their word. The management is HIGHLY toxic. I went to the head of HR about an issue with my direct supervisor regarding her making me work without pay due to an error on her part. He told me handle it myself but to approach her with a compliment, address my issue, and then close with a compliment. I was dumbfounded. I would strongly recommend to record any and all conversations with supervisors to maintain accountability. There is a cult-like feel to this place and the management is completely tone deaf and unreasonable. They are insanely top heavy and management acts like they're curing cancer. It's a casino - a sketchy one at that. The turnover rate is ridiculous. They lost over 1,000 employees in 2022 alone.
