Pros

Management was always attentive and willing to listen if there were any issues. They always worked with me on my schedule and helped if I had last minute things come up.

Cons

I think hospitality wasn’t for me because I just couldn’t deal with the constant complaining from guests about losing their money on the floor.

Toxic & political culture

Pros

It's a great resort for the area for customers. None for the corporate side.

Cons

Management has extremely poor and even toxic culture. Senior leadership doesn't even want you in the same room as them fir a meeting!! Leaves you feeling extremely discarded & invaluable. No environment of positive reinforcement or support, just corp workers running around stressed. Extremely micromanaged, felt like I could barely take a bathroom break and even how I wrote emails were micromanaged. I ignored other negative reviews & that was a huge mistake. They also don't focus whatsoever on work life balance so employees are overworked and there is no understanding for real life needs that arise from time to time. If you have a family I would not work here.
